The Diskus Award Index International collects some personal information at its application form, like name, email address and URL of the award program. These data are only collected to evaluate the websites of applicants.

We explicit assure that we do not use this information for any other reason, neither sell it to third parties nor send it to anybody else than our evaluators. All evaluators are also obliged to act accordingly.

Email addresses are only used for Diskus Award Index, to contact applicants and members.

Diskus Award Index will present your award program at its site, including the Screenshot, URL and your name.

Asan applicant you explicit agree upon these conditions sending your application to us.

COPPA

The "Diskus Award Index" supports the protection of privacy and data protection, according COPPA . But at the DAI, they must have reached age 18 years.
