Ethics
We agree to maintain a professional, friendly and positive manner in any and/or
all correspondence and/or communication held with any applicant(s) and/or
members.
We agree to evaluate all submitted award programs within four weeks after
receiving the submission. If this deadline cannot be met, we agree to suspend
submissions until we can work within this timeframe again.
We agree to not divulging any information about any applicant to people, groups
of people or agencies not directly connected to this index, and then only for
the purpose of evaluating submissions and notify new members about their
admission into the index. All information received from applicants via e-mail
submissions or submission forms will be deemed private.
We agree to encourage and promote the use of original material for our award
index criteria and evaluation processes. We agree to assist any person
requesting advice concerning ethical evaluation for and the giving away of
awards.
We agree to maintain any owned individual web site(s), that include awards
program(s), to a standard, that meet the criteria of the Diskus Index. In the
case of any award(s) offered, that is/are outside the main subject of our web
site(s), any and/or all such web site(s) will be maintained to a high standard
of integrity in all its/their main areas.
We agree to maximum dimensions of membership badges given in respect of the
award programs, that will display them. If the maximum dimensions cannot be
complied to then a mere text link will be permitted for graphics larger than
maximum size. (Maximum size dimensions offered from this index are: no more than
85 pixels in width, 125 pixels in height and 6 kb in weight.)
We agree that we will not grant admission to, or in any other manner support or
promote, any website that supports, promotes or contains contents which is
considered globally as illegal or discriminatory, no matter if that would be
against human or wildlife.
We agree that we will not accept any favours of any kind in exchange for
preferential treatment of submissions. We will maintain a high standard of
honesty and integrity at all times.
We agree that we will take all measures necessary to maintain the honor and
integrity of this award index.
